About Me

★ Hello there, my name is Snug! I'm over 25 years old and I've been drawing for more than 10 years now. I use they/them mainly, but I'm OK with any pronouns (she/her; he/him; etc.). English isn't my first language, so excuse any grammatical mistake I might make.★ I enjoy colors and nature, and love drawing visually interesting characters and creatures! I've a soft spot for fantasy and the supernatural, which play a big role in my inspiration.★ I play videogames frequently too, ranging from Spyro to Warframe! I especially love looter games (I shall always be a trash goblin at heart)~

General Terms and Conditions

★ By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my ToS.★ I have the right to deny a commission, with or without having to give you a reason why, at any process of the commission. I'll also let you know if I can't draw / don't feel comfortable drawing something you ask for.★ By commissioning me, you are trusting that, as an artist, I might make certain lighting or color choices. If you're not comfortable with that, please do not commission me.★ Do NOT claim that you created the piece.★ Do NOT steal/alter/repost/edit/feed to AI my art.★ You CANNOT remove/edit my watermark from your commission.★ Commissions should not take more than 30 days. Exceptions will be communicated, and do not be afraid to reach out!★ Once the final sketch is completed, I will work on the commission until it's completed. I'll only share wips if requested by the client.★ I may use your commission for posting and/or advertising on my social media and/or other places. If you'd like for the commission to remain private (no posting) or anonymous (posting but anonymously), please state it when requesting the commission.★ Payment is made upfront. I will not start your commission until I have the full payment.★ Payment must be made through Ko-Fi/Paypal (depending on the commission). I will request your payment once I confirm your commission via private message.★ Full refunds can only be made if I haven't started your commission yet. A partial refund can be requested if I'm still on the sketching phase. I will NOT refund commissions that have progressed past the sketching phase.★ While in the sketch phase, big changes are allowed without additional charges.★ Chargebacks of any kind without communication will result in blacklisting and blocking you from my work.★ You are free to print the piece(s) you commissioned from me, as long as they're kept for personal use, and aren't commercialized/monetized. This includes printing as charms, posters, stickers, etc.★ Inappropriate behaviour towards me will NOT be tolerated.★ Any questions, just ask on my bluesky @snug-bug.
